Transforming home kitchens across Poland through whole foods education and practical cooking mastery

Our Origin Story
Natural Healthy Cooking emerged from a simple observation: thousands of families across Poland wanted to cook better, whole food meals at home but lacked structured guidance and practical skills. What began as informal cooking workshops in Poznań has evolved into a comprehensive online platform serving the entire country.
Our founder recognized that traditional cooking schools often overlooked the nutritional science behind ingredients, while nutrition information felt disconnected from the kitchen itself. We bridge that gap—teaching real cooking techniques paired with genuine understanding of whole foods, their origins, and their role in nourishing your family.
Today, Natural Healthy Cooking operates from our base in Poznań, delivering video courses, written guides, and community support to students who are ready to become confident, knowledgeable cooks in their own homes.

Frequently Asked Questions About Us
Our curriculum is built on the belief that cooking with whole foods is both an art and a practical skill. We teach fundamental techniques—knife skills, heat management, flavor building—paired with genuine understanding of ingredients and their origins. Rather than following rigid recipes, students learn to cook intuitively, adapt to seasonal availability, and make confident decisions in their own kitchens. We emphasize Polish culinary traditions alongside international techniques, creating a balanced approach that honors our cultural roots while expanding cooking horizons.
Our core team includes Katarzyna Nowak (Founder & Lead Instructor, with 18 years of culinary experience), Piotr Szymanski (Content & Curriculum Specialist with food science background), and Agnieszka Lewandowska (Community & Student Support, managing our online community). Together, we create a learning environment that is welcoming, structured, and responsive to student needs. Each team member brings complementary expertise—from kitchen technique to course design to community care.

What started as informal kitchen workshops in Poznań grew into a comprehensive online platform. We recognized a gap between nutrition information (which felt academic) and cooking education (which often lacked nutritional context). Natural Healthy Cooking bridges that gap, teaching real skills with real understanding of why ingredients and techniques matter.
